Policy

Please allow 10 - 14 business days for your order to process. Our collars, harnesses and leads are made to order in our studio located in Oak Bluffs, Ma. Special and custom orders may take longer. We thank you for your patience.

If you are not pleased with your purchase please contact us and you will be issued a return authorization. At that time we will issue you a merchandise credit or exchange. Store credits a valid for one year from date of issue and may be used our website (coupon codes can be entered in at checkout). Sale items, custom orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned for merchandise credit. Please measure carefully.

We cannot accept returns COD or postage due. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

We do not accept exchanges for merchandise that has been worn or damaged due to wear.

Please return merchandise in its original packaging with items you are returning, reason
for the return and a description of the item you would like to exchange it for.

Please send the exchange via Federal Express, UPS, or by Postal Service using insurance
and delivery confirmation so we can track your package. Please keep shipping receipt.

Please note: We do not issue refunds, and cannot honor exchanges for any merchandise
that is sent back to us postmarked after 30 days (from the date you placed your order).

We offer one complimentary exchange per item. Each additional exchange will require a
re-stocking fee of $25. Please measure your pet to avoid additional charges. Please call if

Damaged merchandise: If your purchase is damaged or defective, please call us at 804-334-8176. Please do not return it without speaking to us. We are not responsible for damaged merchandise returned to us without a return authorization.
