For sizing please refer to our diagram or email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . We are available to answer any questions and assist you in helping to find the correct size for your pet.

What is your shipping policy?faqarrow
Shipping is free within the United States excluding Hawaii and Alaska. If the item is oversized or requires an additional fee we will contact you. Items are shipped via UPS or USPS signature required unless another preferred shipping method is requested. If you will not be there to receive your order please leave instructions for the driver or have items shipped to your place of work or business. a bee's hive cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods.

We require an additional $25 to ship outside of the US. We will contact you after your order is placed if additional charges are required. Items such as beds and feeders may have an additional shipping charge. All international orders sent directly by A bee's hive are shipped via UPS and will usually arrive within our standard two week delivery time, but may take additional time for delivery. Thank you in advance for your patience.

What if my pet needs a special size or I can't find what I am looking for?faqarrow
We are able to accomodate many shapes and sizes. Due to the availability and uniqness of our inventory many of the items we have in our store are not featured on our website. Please contact us with your special request. Many of our items can be made to accomodate your pet's needs. Please contact us by email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. faqarrowWhat if I need to change or cancel an order?
If you need to cancel your order please email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it within 24 hours of your ordering being placed. After 24 hours we are able to offer you a store credit or exchange. It is important that you measure you pet carefully prior to placing your order. Custom orders are a final sale and cannot be changed. Please include all contact information in email correspondence.

In the email correspondence please provide all you contact information. We allow one exchange per customer. After the one exchange there will be shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. Returns are for store credit or exchange. We do not refund shipping charges.

What if my package cannot be delivered?faqarrow
For packages that are undeliverable we will make every attempt to contact the customer. If we are not able to communicate with the customer after multiple atempts, the customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus any additional shipping charges we incur. Please review your order and make sure the shipping address is correct. We will not accept responsibility for any undeliverable packages.

What type of materials do you use?faqarrow
We use top of the line quick release plastic snap buckle. The contoured buckle is comfortable and durable. Slides are plastic for easy adjustability. We use a durable nylon or eco friendly cotton that is soft and machine washable. Our d-rings are welded nickel plated steel. Brass hardware is also available at no extra charge.  We search the globe for our unique sewn on ribbons. Special requests are welcome and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
