SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship via USPS First Class, Priority, or Express. Because everything is custom made and we do not carry any stock, please allow 7-14 business days to receive your order. Our production time is 7-10 business days (excludes weekends and postal holidays). You will receive a tracking number when your order has shipped.

Please note - we are not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, damaged, or missing packages. We provide your USPS tracking number as soon as your package has shipped, so that you may track the delivery status. If you received a package with damaged/missing contents, please contact USPS to file a damage claim. Be sure to check that your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order. International customers are responsible for any customs fees imposed by their country.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We stand behind our designs. If for any reason you are not happy, please let us know and we will do our best to make it right. We don't offer returns, alterations, or refunds but we can work out an exchange or remake with you. Contact us for more information.
