We ship via USPS First Class, Priority, or Express. Because everything is custom made, we do not carry any stock, please allow 7-14 business days to receive your order. Our production time is 7-10 business days (excludes weekends and postal holidays). You will receive a tracking number when your order has shipped.
Please note - we are not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, damaged, or missing packages. In the event that your package is lost or stolen, we can offer replacements at 50% off. We provide your USPS tracking number as soon as your package has shipped, so that you may track the delivery status.If you received a package with damaged/missing contents, please contact USPS to file a damage claim. Be sure to check that your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order. International customers are responsible for any customs fees imposed by their country.
